Super Lawyers has chosen Associate Attorney Brian A. Brown for inclusion in the Ohio Rising Star Lawyer list in Consumer Litigation for 2023. This is the 1st year Attorney Brown has been recognized with this prestigious designation. Rising Star Lawyers is a rating service of outstanding lawyers from more than 70 practice areas who have attained a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement and are either 40 years old or younger or in practice 10 years or less. The annual selections are made using a multi-phased process that includes a statewide survey of lawyers, an independent research evaluation of candidates and peer reviews by practice areas. Only 2.5 percent of attorneys in Ohio are selected for inclusion as “Rising Star Lawyers.”
Brian focuses on representing people in foreclosure defense, building and zoning issues, and consumer related litigation including: the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA); Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA); the Consumer Sales Practices Act (CSPA); and Ohio Building and Zoning Law.
