Jesse Wilde is an Law Clerk at Kohl and Cook Law Firm, LLC, where he focuses on small business advising, commercial litigation, contract disputes, and regulatory compliance. Licensed in both Ohio and Michigan, Jesse offers strategic, business-minded legal counsel to entrepreneurs, professionals, and growing companies. Jesse earned his J.D. from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law, where he also completed MBA-level coursework at the Fisher College of Business and served as Managing Editor of the Ohio State Business Law Journal. While in law school, he externed for the Honorable Alan E. Norris of the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, gaining experience with high-level legal analysis and federal appellate procedure.
Prior to joining the firm, Jesse supported litigation and transactional practices at a regional law firm, working on contract drafting, motion practice, and regulatory matters. He also brings years of hands-on experience in the real estate and finance sectors, having managed hundreds of closings and negotiated directly with lenders, title companies, and attorneys.
